cannot have a forced prayer that all people must attend, or have a prayer in a captive audience, like say, about 2 minutes before the kickoff of a high school football game where people cannot easily leave and come back for the intended purpose of the gathering (the football game)


I'm sure this is another attempt to force prayer onto public school students.
