If the two best teams in the tournament are in the same side of the bracket at the CWS, what is better for the game? Having those two duke it out before the championship 3game series or having the chance for those two to duke it out in the championship series?

If you were honest, you'd say the championship but I'm sure you wont.

The better question to me is why does softball do that? - bolivartiger MU - 6/21 09:06:06
so that it reduces the chances of the top 2 teams - SuperTone MU - 6/22 08:16:01
flipping brackets only increases the chances the 1 and 2 - MizzouAstro MU - 6/22 09:10:52
the two best not the top 2 seeds. Not the same thing - SuperTone MU - 6/22 16:18:47
But what if the No1 & 2 team are actually in the same brcket - MU-TULSA MU - 6/22 11:28:44
                         that's impossible with a fixed bracket - MizzouAstro MU - 6/22 11:59:18
Let's say OU beats aTm but aTm could have beat everyone - MU-TULSA MU - 6/22 13:31:04
                                   doesn't matter - MizzouAstro MU - 6/22 13:47:09
                                        and seeding isn't perfect.(nm) - SuperTone MU - 6/22 16:19:42
                                             no but it's the best option - MizzouAstro MU - 6/22 16:24:21

                                                       it's impossible to determine - MizzouAstro MU - 6/23 08:21:36
The 1 and 2 seeds are in separate brackets - bolivartiger MU - 6/22 09:06:38
                    where did I say seeds?(nm) - SuperTone MU - 6/22 16:19:13
the committee should obviously just seed the best teams - MizzouAstro MU - 6/22 16:25:22
Impossible, hence why the bracket flipping is a good - SuperTone MU - 6/23 08:17:00
flipping the bracket does nothing but reverse what the - MizzouAstro MU - 6/23 08:19:56
