Also having Laurence Bowers as a full-time employee is a smart move.

If the founding group really wants to go public I'd say they need Ernst & Young or some other nationally reputable accounting firm to join and put their stamp of approval on operating procedures and financial statements.

Obviously the web-site is going to need to be something more than what one person can throw together in a few days - it doesn't look quite legit at this point.

But if all this proves to be true, it certainly explains Drink's recruiting...
