Meinhold was with the USA under 18 team coaching, also Cards and New York orgs.
I could see Meinhold becoming the new coach for the Tigers. As a scout for the cards as well asst pitching coach as well New York minor league head of pitching. This is the coach who knows numbers as well talent to bring Tigers baseball going in the right direction.
If you listen to his interviews, he has what it takes. I hope the Tigers brought him here for a transition in a new way of baseball for the Tigers.
We will see, but him here just to be a pitching coach, I do not think so.
