The franchise owner was suing Little Caesar's for the $5 hot n ready claiming it was forcing him to lose money.

A few of the locations have opened back up, but it's still thriving in other parts of the country. Drove past one in South Carolina that had a drive thru and looked to be hoppin'.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
