If the Molester publicly backed greater domestic production and reduced regulations and other constraints (lowering fees on federal land), oil could drop back down to $100 or less. If he hadn't pulled out of Afghanistan like he did, the Saudis may work with us...an increase in Saudi production would be at least another $20/barrel. The federal gas tax is $18/gallon, he could suspend that temporarily.

The creep wants oil at these prices, and it's really the only thing he's accomplished. So you see, you are dead wrong that a President can't be blame or credited for oil/gasoline prices.
