1. Trump tried, unsuccessfully to persuade Pence to violate the Constitution. Fortunately he couldn't "force" him to, but I never claimed that he could.
2. He doesn't have to use the words "break into the Capitol" in order to tell them to break into the Capitol.
3. There was an insurrection that day--a violent demonstration that unlawfully broke into the Capitol with the purpose of preventing Congress from carrying out its Constitutional obligation to count the EVs.
4.That's why I think Trump should have activated the military--to stop the insurrection that was occurring.
