a career based on riding the coattails of his predecessors' recruiting classes

hiring his cronies instead of legitimate assistants

hiring recruits' dad as another fake assistant

selling his "molding men of character" bull**** while nearly every recruit he somehow conned into coming to columbia ended up bolting to get away from him

being a ****ty coach and ****ty recruiter

holding the university hostage with his ridiculous guarantee and buyout (although i don't actually blame him for pulling that over on sterk - he and his agent recognized they could pull that off and they succeeded)
