you are talking about is the idea of giving a tip to a lawyer and then we find what you don't promote is that he did not know nor could he testify whether Clinton knew of this prior to the release. I note you don't stress that part too much and instead strongly imply that this idea originated with the Clintons. Campaigns share that kind of stuff with reporters all the time. It is the media's job to inquire.
