got a notice from my storage unit place
another 9.4 % after just raising it over 20% less than 2 years ago.
They blamed it on higher "property tax, utilities and other price increases"
no property tax no utilities price increases-total bullshiite.
everybody increases their prices to increase their profits to pay for everyone else raising their prices for the same reason . And there you go
