That whoever is in power gets to define what "Terroristic Threats" is - so your desire to have cops all up in your #hit and gvmt prosecuting people for "Terroristic Threats" sounds good when YOUR TEAM is in power, but is terribly frightening when it isn't.

All of Ummmm's and Pickle's positions take into account that gvmt is inherently going to do not "the will of the people", but "whatever they are personally or ideologically motivated to do".
