five factories... Prior to the recall the US 'out of stock' of formula was 31% (that 31% is up from 2% when Biden took office).

The Abbott recall pushed the out of stock up 9% to 40%.

Biden's FDA officials could have made such shortages less likely by approving baby formula that is widely available in Europe, but per usual, the FDA has other priorities.
