are you no longer giving sloppy head to our founders' intent? is the constitution a living document? did lincoln, et. al, intend the 14th amendment to apply to fetuses?

no, it shouldn't have been overturned. the precedent should never have existed because it was an egregious overstepping of peoples' rights in favor of state police powers. we had a war about how wrong that decision was.
