market shows any indication of rebounding, I’ll use an installment plan to reintegrate capital to those sectors that I believe have stabilized. This may take a while.
And, the balance is disproportionately weighted to ‘er’ contros and appreciation. Therefore, conversion to a Roth is off my radar.
