Can I exercise my 2nd Amendment rights and carry a firearm anywhere in the country I want to? There are actually way more than 50 sets of rules for carrying a firearm, or even possessing one, because many cities have their own laws in addition to state laws.

The 2nd Amendment does actually say "shall not be infringed", but the entire Constitution is completely silent on abortion.

And that is just one example of many. It should be left up to the states because that is what the Constitution says about regulating anything not expressly authorized for Congress to regulate in the Constitution.
