initial NIL Transfers work out. First blush, some players get money in their pockets. We all know the problems that can create with egos, player demands etc.

Other ancillary issues I expect coaches of these “star recruits” joining their programs to have to deal with might include:

1. Injuries to the stars which may not have otherwise kept them off the field, but, now become primary concerns to the player and their respective agents

2. Pressure from the NIL sponsoring alums to feature my darling, even if other players out compete them for playing time

3. How in the world will the star players not become distractions among their own team dynamic, not to mention, targets for opponents who aren’t receiving the same kind of money. In the NFL, everyone is being paid, so this element of concern is much less an issue.

College coaches are walking straight toward a career path which leads to their becoming pimps for these star players and their families/agents.
