passed multi-trillion dollar spending monstrosities like the "American Rescue Plan" and so-called "Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act".

Those were *definitely* not needed, as the economy was already recovering from the recession that democrat governors and public health "experts" caused in Trump's final year.
