These days, that's up to the AD to put a product on the field that garners that first and foremost. When the product on the field improves to the point that it looks like NIL might be a good investment, then the $$$ will come in. And don't try to give me a chicken/egg argument here. Drink has proven that we can get quality players already. Now they just need to deliver.
