cap Mahomes effectiveness. He can't be traded because there isn't another player like him in the league, and he is exactly what our offense needs to do what they do. If we lose him we might not make the playoffs, and Reid may retire shortly thereafter and then who knows what happens. Chiefs are at a very big pivot point and need to ensure they bring Hill back into the fold.
