This is just more welfare. Make people more dependent on The Government. They just want to destroy the middle class so there is only the poor and the rich. And spending money they don't have is another matter altogether.

Democrats are the only group in history to create a problem and to "fix" it their solution is more welfare instead of fixing the problem.
