it is paying a coach $6M to go away only to then hire Gates.

It was like - Holy crap she fired him! Wow...she must be close to a really great proven hire...then we find out it's a turd with a giant face shield.

He may be great...and I hope I am completely wrong, but I think we all know what is likely to happen here.
