Even wutang (an AD shill) acknowledged he's not the most qualified, since it's OBVIOUS.
So if this guy isn't the most qualified candidate, why is he on the radar?
What other possible conclusion could a person draw about the hiring criteria?
We need to end the racist practice of excluding candidates based on their skin tone.
There are some people who say it's "racist" to have that position, but the opposite is true. To hire based on skin color is wrong regardless of who's being discriminated against. And in this case, it's the fan base that will suffer most from it.
