You and I have always had a quibble about Quin “quitting in the middle of the season” as you suggest, whereas I think he was “constructively terminated” during his encounter with Link. Under the circumstances, who would not have resigned? I know he ought to have had maybe some dedication to the players on his team, but it would basically have involved coaching a few games “for free” under an administration he despised…..
