have someone who, any given season, has potential to win something historic for the program... even if that means having some down years occasionally.
The worst kind of coach is one who's consistently mediocre, like CM. And despite the rough start this year, I would say this team has improved to mediocrity.
But again, it doesn't matter because he'll never win anything of real significance. He's gotta go.
