that matters when deciding whether to retain him or not.
If we think he has no *realistic* chance of winning the SEC title, or reaching a Final Four, then there's no reason to retain him.
There was some initial optimism that he could recruit well, in particular the STL area due to his roots there, but that hasn't panned out and likely never will.
As CM has gotten older, his passion for the game and willingness to grind the recruiting trail has decreased. That doesn't bode well for the future at all.
Convince me I'm wrong... convince me that Cuonzo could win the SEC or reach a Final Four some day, like Frank Martin at USCe, or Pearl at Auburn...
BTW, look at Chris Mack's results at Xavier. That's who we should be targeting... assuming he'd be willing to work under a female AD.
