Parker was easily the best blocking TE on our roster

The TE has played a huge role in our run game the last 2 seasons. We don't have a single TE on our roster now that has proven his ability as a blocker. If we don't sign a proven blocking TE from the portal, I can see us going away from the multiple TE sets that we've seen a lot of (especially with an influx of talent at WR), thus Parker's transfer to oklahoma may very well change the structure of the offense.
