be a wonderful idea but it's a one sided bill with lots of OMG dont do that in it with a few now that's a good idea thrown in to cover the really stupid shyt. It's so sad that we cant elect people that really care about ALL the people instead of just a few. But when I lived in TX, Jim Wright was one of the most corrupt politicians around and when the voters of his district were asked Why do you continue to elect him. The response was He brings the Bacon home! And there it is!!
