a bit tyrannical. Leaders/coaches lose respect and employees when they don't take you seriously. No one at this level is afraid to take an a$$ chewing for a winner. At this point, people just blow you off and look for other employment while chuckling behind your back. You're dealing with coaches and other staff who are experienced and understand how it goes. You can't fool them.
