A cross between a yuppie and a hipster. Someone that is drawn to the hipster lifestyle but still is a productive member of society because they love money too. They don't want their respectable friends to make fun of them so they don't directly do hipster things like play the banjo, get bird tattoos, discuss unknown artists, and wear beanies in the summer. Instead he tries to have a foot in both lifestyles by doing hipster adjacent things like periodically owning chickens, making his own fermented things like kombucha, becoming an expert on regional yogurts, and now making his own bitters. Usually beardless unless worn ironically.
