Recruiting, sure... A+ on the surface... how well have the transfers he's recruited worked out?
Selecting Staff... C .... meh
Player Development D at best... Player regression even
In-game coaching... C at best... not the offensive wizard we thought
Media days A+ He's a smooth talker.

Sure, Drink is learning on the job... but at this level I would argue no one should be learning on the job.
