Constitutional matters are self-imposed by the electorate and they are able to modify or change them. Senate rules are self-imposed by the Senate and they can likewise change them. NFL rules are self-imposed and the rules committee can change them.

I get that you don't like the 60 vote rule. Just say that and stop making up stupid things to try and grant your opinion greater weight. It isn't helping your cause.
