Third link - he was making fun of a liberal trying to criticize trump for not getting enough masks for HCW in NY - by linking a story about masks getting stolen from hospitals. I don't think you understand much about what you linked there.
Last link was in defense of Trump after media criticisms of a PPE shortage, showing that it was under Obama that the shortage began.
In none of those posts he brag, defend, or put faith in masks for the prevention of covid-19
