Here is why optimism would be unfounded

In the second half, MU found success due to taking five 3pt attempts as opposed to 16 in the first half. And due to correspondingly taking 23 free throws in the second half as opposed to 6 in the first. Its the kind of extremely basic and intuitive observation you would hope even the casual fan could identify what changed and what led to our success.

If you have any notions that will carry over or dictate a change in strategy then you haven't been paying any attention to MU basketball the last 3 years. We will absolutely revert back to our first half approach, and it will be purposeful and by design.
