started falling really hard for the **** he was making up (or at least the unconnected lines he was connecting) and then either he got in too deep and couldn't get out or he decided there was good money to make off of the dupes so he went all in for the 2000 election, and somehow, even though nothing he said came to fruition kept the dupes strung along through Jan 6, March 4, august 13 etc....
