on the riverfront by the casino. Specifically the back wall facing the river at The Lot on The Landing. There are remnants of tents, fires, urine bottles, clothes, and a massive pile of trash from canned foods, plastic alcohol bottles, etc just north of Martin Luther King Bridge.

It is truly a cesspool.
