When a player hurts his team playing hurt, can't utilize the entire playbook and isn't at 100%; I'm bailing on him; even when last year I was his biggest fan. He put his team and backups second and himself first this year to the detriment of the team. I don't roll with that. Ever.

So, you can suck on that.
