agencies and consultants that appear on the surface to provide some form of social services but are actually just fronts for funneling campaign contributions and related kickbacks will get the money. Actual resident won't see one cent worth of value from this. But the dumb ****s will come on here and celebrate it nonetheless because that's what they do.
