What exactly is their thought process? Pickett has never and will never be a guy you want to have the ball in his hands very much. He's a good weak side, or glue, or garbage guy some call it. But that's his limit offensively. I don't get why Cuonzo seems to be insisting on him being more than that. Stuff like this is why I don't hold his coaching in very high regard. It's also probably a little of why he has trouble getting or keeping guys with higher upsides. They're not stupid and can see the same things we do.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
