And I haven't seen a whole lot, just the highlights, but based on what I've seen, there exists at least reasonable doubt in my mind that he acted without reasonable belief that he was responding to an imminent threat.

Sorry for the confusing "reasonables," but my verdict would be:

NOT GUILTY
