One of the guys in my department had a 10x20ft matrix of states, counties, and cities/towns and their rules for beer packaging in their areas.
It always facinated me why a county could sell 5.0 beer in a tall boy while 12oz cans could only be 3.2%.
So no I am not shocked at these types of rules.....
