without God argument is that he is depriving plants and animals their natural rights to exist; ignoring his murder of animals and/or plants and their right to exist uninfringed upon by him, as they are every bit his equal in a Godless nature.
He is a hypocrite to the core by claiming a natural right to exist uninfringed upon, while spending all his days infringing upon other life forms. In his arrogance, he is practicing survival of the fittest, infringing at every turn, while saying non-infringement is natural law.
Meanwhile, in the real world, in nature, there is no quarter given for non-infringement.
