than Bidwell deserved.

Problem was the city politicians who do nothing if they can't get a slice of the cash for themselves.

When they did build a stadium the lease got screwed up which is why the NFL backed away from giving St Louis an expansion team. There would be an NFL team in St Louis if the politicians had handed a clean lease to the NFL.
