off of the success and declined after. Dink was expected to further install system year 2, bring more talent, hire his people and be better. His hires have been horrid. His offense has been as bad. Truly at least Martin salvaged an NCAA tournament game. Dink won't get a bowl, will need to fire and restart D, and hope in 2 years to compete. If he doesn't mess up hires again and fail to find a QB.
