Schools with rich alumni can compete for recruits that used to be out of reach because their school sucks at football. Alabama's share of elite recruits will decrease, as other schools will pay them starter NIL instead of Bama bench NIL.

Texas will ultimately end up #1 because of this, IMO, and Bama may slide. Bama has a 1.4bil endowment to UT's 30bil. MU has a bigger endowment than Bama and richer alumni and richer local population.
