It's that supply constitutes demand. Since demand means the willingness and ability to buy something at a given price, one cannot demand something which has not already been produced. For a real world example, see the last 16 months of money handouts, curtailed production, and emptying shelves.
If you're going to take on Say's Law, take it on accurately.
