It just got to be too expensive for my group

I can't remember the exact price, but when we first got season tickets in 1998 it was like $175, and that was it. Now I don't even know the price, I think it is like $375 and I would expect prices to rise over time, but that is a pretty good increase.

But that isn't all. Now we have a required donation for tickets. Now we have to pay a required donation for a parking pass, but we need two for my group, so that is $1,000 minimum. Then we have to pay for the two parking passes, because there is no free parking where you can tailgate.

When you couple that with the lack of amenities in the stadium after spending $200 million on "upgrades" and none of that was directed at things for us, I guess we decided we weren't valued to some extent. That's certainly not THE reason, but it is part of it.

So after 2019 we just kind of all decided we were done. I doubt there is anything that would bring us back, not because we are butthurt or anything, but we've all just kind of moved on from planning our lives around going to games and having to deal with all the "stuff" it takes to go to the games.
