our FB program has a very positive outlook, unlike BB.
Drink is young and learning some things on the job, but that's why his potential is so high — if he continues recruiting at such a high level. His sales skills are something that cannot be taught (for example, Odom will never be a good salesman, no matter how hard he tries).
The defensive issues can be fixed by adding more talent/depth and, if necessary, replacing the DC.
