If it weren't for the lack of charisma. That missing piece keeps us out of contention for top talent, and the frustrating part is that we couldn't get Missouri top talent. Jimbo isn't a great x & o guy, but he gets 4 & 5 star talent on a regular basis. Nick Saban is a great coach, but he's playing with a deck full of face cards. Everybody needs talent. You have to have a guy who can bring it to your program.
