Honestly, I'm just not interested in watching anymore unless I have some emotional investment in one of the teams playing. So I watch Mizzou games, and that's about it. It used to be that I would all day Saturday and all day Sunday watching football in the Fall, regardless of who was playing. I do like to watch Mahomes play, but I get bored after a few drives. Same for that very rare time I know a Mizzou player is playing in a game. I'll watch for a bit, but get bored quickly.
The political stuff doesn't help, but I've just moved on. Such is life I suppose. It started about 10 years ago for no particular reason. The way the NFL handled the Rams move certainly did not help things. I stopped playing fantasy football because I wasn't interested enough to put in the time for that, and my interest has steadily waned since then. The political stuff is really just a final straw kind of thing, at least for me.
It's been well over 20 years since I've watched a baseball game. I guess you just naturally move on to other interests as you get older.
