While there are most definitely some anti-vaxxers spreading their "info" (not even 25%), there are most likely even more that won't say a word about it for such reasons as:

- Fear of losing their job
- Fear of being "cancelled"
- Fear of physical harm to them and/or their family
- Fear of side effects
- Fear of being denied services (see - JG wishing to deny anti-vaxxers hospital services)
- Minding their own business

But guess who's making the threats of physical harm, job loss, service denial, etc? There's your "loudest".
